Ingredients

Cottage Cheese, Fat Free Small Curd, 0.5 cup
Apples, fresh, 1 cup slices
Apple Juice Frozen Concentrate, Kroger 100%, (concentrate only), 1 tbsp
*Filtered Water, 1 tbsp
*Ground Nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon
*Cinnamon, ground, 1/4 teaspoon
Directions
Core, peel and slice apples 1/4" thick. Place on microwave safe dish with low sides. Mix together frozen apple juice concentrate and water; pour over apples. Sprinkle 1/2 cinnamon over top. Microwave 2 minutes, checking after 1 minute. Remove from microwave; let set until slightly cooled. Move apples to the outside of the plate (do not drain), making a well in the center. Scoop cottage cheese in the center, mounding slightly. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and fresh grated nutmeg. Serves 1.
