Introduction

Ingredients

    bulgur 1 C
    oats 1 C
    quinoa 1 C
    vegetable broth 2 C
    bread crumbs 1 C
    onion 1 C
    spinach 10 oz fresh or frozen Chopped
    egg white 5
    parsley 1/2 Cup dried
    garlic 3 t minced
    salt 1/4 t
    pepper 1/8 t
    tomato sauce 1/2 to 1 C

Directions

Put bulgur, oats, and quinoa in bowl and pour boling vegetable broth over grains. Cover with a plate and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes while you chop and mix the other ingredients then add them to the grains. Blend well and spoon into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 450 45 minutes cool 15 to 30 minutes before slicing.
