Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

    2 cans Yellow Sweet Corn, drained, low-sodium
    1 can low sodium black Beans
    4 plum tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. Green bell Peppers, chopped, seeded
    1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped, seeded
    1/4 c. Onions, raw, chopped
    1 Jalapeno Pepper, chopped, seeded
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 avocado, diced
    juice from 1 lime

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serve cold as salad or with chips.
