Tofu Stir Fry

Introduction

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 T
    Sesame Oil, 1 tsp
    Celery raw, 2 cups diced or sliced
    Red bell pepper, one pepper diced
    Tofu firm, one quarter of a block
    Soy Sauce (Tamari)
    Five Spice Powder

Directions

Makes one large serving.

Put Sesame Oil, and a splash of tamari in a small non-stick pan. Preheat pan to medium high. Cube tofu and add to pan. Turn tofu carefully to brown all sides.
Add Olive oil to skillet. Stir fry celery and red pepper untill barely tender. Add 5 spice powder and mix in. Add tofu and additional tamari to taste. Serve on rice.
