Ingredients

    1 Tablespoon cornstarch
    1 Cup fat free reduced-sodium chicken broth
    1/2 Teaspoon sesame oil, divided
    1/2 Pound boneless, fat trimmed pork minced
    5 Green onions
    1 Cup mushrooms
    1/4 Teaspoon white pepper
    1 Cup bean sprouts rinsed and drained
    2 Eggs

Directions

1. Combine cornstarch, broth and 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil in small pan. Cook and stir over medium heat about 5 to 6 min or until sauce thickens. Set aside.

2. Heat canola in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork, cook until no longer pink.

3. Reserve 2 tablespoons green onions. Add remaining 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil, green onions, mushrooms and pepper, to skillet.
cook and stir about 4 to 5 minutes or until brown. Add bean sprouts; fry about 1 minute.


4. Mix two eggs in with the pork. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes

5. Serve with reserved sauce and green peppers to top
