Introduction

trying to create a low carb version of my favorite dessert trying to create a low carb version of my favorite dessert
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups fresh sour cherries (pitted)
    1/4 cup splenda
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 cup splenda
    1 egg
    1/2 cup almond flour
    1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1) Mix the cherries with 1/4 c splenda and 1/4 c sugar.
2) Place fruit in a greased baking dish
3) In medium bowl beat softened butter and 1/4 c splenda
4) Add egg with fork until blended
5)Mix in almond flour and vanilla with a fork
6) Dollop by large spoonfuls over fruit, it will spread while baking.
7) Bake at 375 for 30 min until topping is golden brown (It should be very brown for the best flavor)
