Pina Colada Cake

Ingredients

    1 box of Angel Food Cake Mix
    20 oz. Crushed Pineapple, undrained
    8oz Fat Free Cool Whip, thawed
    1/2 cup of Toasted Coconut

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 pan.

2, Mix together Angel Food Cake Mix and undrained Crushed Pineapple. Bake for 20 minutes.

3. Cool cake completely. Spread Fat Free Cool Whip on top and then sprinkle Toasted Coconut on top.

4. Refrigerate cake until ready to serve. Cut into 16 pieces.
