Introduction

Ingredients

    0.25Cup Egg substitute, Liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1 Scoop Protein Powder (Whey Protein)
    0.5 Banana, mashed
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 Tbsp Flaxseed, ground
    50 Grams Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
    0.25Cup Sliced Strawberries
    0.25 tsp Stevia

Directions

1. Beat Egg Whites or Liquid Egg Substitute with Protein Powder, Mashed Banana, Cinnamon, and Flaxseed.
2. Add Blueberries.
3. Spray a large pan with cooking spray like Pam and then pour mixture into pan.
4. Cook until you see little bubbles. Flip over carefully and cook till done.
5. Top with Strawberries and powdered stevia if you wish.
