a lower calorie/fat version of this great recipe. I do not use actual bananas because some of the family does not the texture of the bananas in the pudding. Ingredients

2 small boxes sugar free/fat free banana cream pudding
4 cups 2% milk
1 8 oz package of low fat cream cheese
1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
12 oz frozen light whipped cream topping
2 packages of Pepperodge farms chessman cookies
Tips
Directions
line bottom of 9X13X2 inch pan with cookies. mix jello pudding with milk according to package directions, set aside. Mix sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping to cream cheese mixture, then add to pudding. Pour mixture over cookies then cover pudding in rest of cookies. Refridgerate at least an hour before serving. 14 servings.
