Hamburger Stew

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef, extra lean
    1 cup diced carrot
    4 medium sized potatoes, diced
    1/4 cup minced onion
    1 stalk celery, minced
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans beef broth
    2 packages brown gravy
    1 tps rosemary
    garlic salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook and drain beef. In a large pot add all vegetables and meat. Add spices and beef broth. Simmer until vegetables are done. Prepare the gravy mix with only one cup water. Pour into stew and simmer until thickened. Serve over rice.
Makes 8 1 cup servings.
