1/4 cup oil
1 cup sugar
11/2 cup all purpose flour
11/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries
4 tsp strawberry syrup
Beat the eggs without the yolk(about 50 strokes) with a hand mixer. Divide the sugar into three parts and slowly add these to the beaten eggs. Add the all purpose flour( with baking powder) slowly to the above mixture. Add oil and the egg yolk to the above.
Finally add the strawberries and the strawberry syrup.
Pour this mixture in a well oiled cake pan(teddy bear shape).
Put the pan in the oven for about 30- 40 minutes.
Makes 15 servings.
