Ingredients

.25 cup of plain oatmeal
1 packet of tuna )3 oz)
1 serving of liquid egg whites
seasoning of your choice
Directions
Place oatmeal in a food processor, grind oatmeal until it is like bread crumbs. Place tuna, eggs, and seasoning. Mix together in processor until mixed well. Pan fry in Pam spray for about 5 minutes on each side.
