5 eggs slightly beaten
1 T mustard (dijon)
1 T garlic powder (or less if you prefer)
1 T white flour
2 T whole wheat flour
2 T butter melted
4 oz softened lite cream cheese
4 oz shredded swiss cheese
2 or 3 C broccoli - small pieces, steamed
1/4 C sundried tomatoes, diced
- Beat in softened cream cheese, swiss, mustard and butter.
- Beat in flours (shifted with garlic powder)...do not mix too long. Just enough to incorporate.
- Stir in steamed broccoli and sun dried tomatoes
-Bake for about 30 min in greased 8X8 pan at 350.
Can be made night before and kept in fridge until ready to bake.
