Ingredients

    3 red potatoes, diced and fully cooked
    1 med rib of celery
    2 tbsp fresh parsley
    2 tbsp onion, chopped
    1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1/2 tsp celery seed
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    *Dry Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
    Celery seed, .5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .125 tsp (remove)
    *Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Makes 6 3/4-Cup Servings

Lightly toss all of the ingredients together except for the mayo. Once all the ingredients are fairly well mixed, stir in the mayo. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
