Tammy's Easy Healthy Chicken Pasta Salad w/o tomatoes

Introduction

Low fat, low carb, & low cal. It's a pasta salad that you can make with what ever veggies, pasta, or dressing you desire. Keep in mind that nutritional info will change. Great for parties, picnics, or a hot summer meal! Can be multiplied for larger quantities or cut in half for just a few servings. Low fat, low carb, & low cal. Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat rotini
    2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped cucumber
    1 cup celery
    2 cups grilled chicken breast strips, chopped
    1 2.8 oz pkg Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Recipe Pieces
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    1 8 oz pkg Great Value Sharp Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
    1/4 cup light ranch dressing
    1 gallon size Ziploc Bag

Directions

Boil 2 cups rotini until soft. Don't over boil. While waiting on rotini, chop veggies, cheese, and chicken, place in Ziploc bag. Rinse rotini in cold water. Drain well. Add rotini to bag. Add Bacon pieces. Toss in bag well. Add dressing and mayo. Toss until mixed well.

Ready to serve immediately or later. Keep in bag for easy storage, transport, or transfer to a bowl.

Makes 12 1-cup servings.
