Oh She Glows Maple Baked Beans (adapted)

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked navy beans (approx. 2 reg cans)
    3 tbsp blackstrap molasses (NOT the same as Grandma's - try Brer Rabbit)
    3 tbsp PURE maple syrup (not pancake syrup - grade a amber)
    2 tablespoons regular mustard
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    1 cup canned diced tomatoes
    1 teaspoon fine grain sea salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. This can easily be doubled or halved (for a teeny slow cooker), but watch it carefully, I don't know that the sugars won't burn.
