My Runner's World Shrimp Scampi

Introduction

Took recipe from Runner's world, added corn starch to recipe and adjusted for more then one person. Took recipe from Runner's world, added corn starch to recipe and adjusted for more then one person.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * *kirkland raw tail on shrimp, 12 oz (remove)
    * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *Kosher Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    * *Fresh Ground Black Pepper, 2 tsp (remove)
    * *Chopped Garlic, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    * White Wine, 4 fl oz (remove)
    * Lemon juice, .75 tbsp (remove)
    * *Albertsons dijon mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
    * *Baking- Corn starch (compliments), 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Angel Hair Pasta, 10 oz (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Garnish:
Chopped Italian parsley
In a large non-stick sautÚ an over medium-high heat, sautÚ shrimp (seasoned with salt and pepper) in olive oil three to four minutes per side. Remove shrimp from pan and keep warm while making sauce.

To make sauce, add butter and garlic and sautÚ over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add white wine, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Reduce until thickened (use corn starch as needed). Season to taste with salt and pepper and other spices as needed.Add shrimp to sauce and keep warm.

Boil water and make Angel Hair Pasta. Drain..

To serve, add angel hair past, put shrimp on top, pour sauce over shrimp, and garnish with chopped parsley.
