Tammy's Light Pasta Salad with Roasted Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette

Introduction

Just a very basic, but tasty light pasta salad recipe. Sorry about everything being in grams - I usually measure in grams or oz's... but was not able to convert. I added it as oz's below. Just a very basic, but tasty light pasta salad recipe. Sorry about everything being in grams - I usually measure in grams or oz's... but was not able to convert. I added it as oz's below.

Ingredients

    8 oz multigrain rotini pasta
    8 oz chopped tomato
    5 oz broccoli florets
    5oz finely chopped carrot
    3oz onion finely chopped
    3/4 cup of kraft light Sicilian roasted garlic balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking add tomato,broccoli, carrot and onion to large bowl.
When pasta is done, add pasta to bowl and then add dressing.
Mix together thoroughly and cover, place in fridge.

Can be served either warm or cold.

I actually measured the whole thing when it was all together - I got 7 - 1 cup servings. That's a decent amount for the calories. I served this with baked, herb chicken and it was really good. :)
