Cut chicken into bite size pieces, cut green pepper into small pieces, in a wok add oil and chicken. Cook chicken until no longer pink. Then add vegetable, stewed tomatoes and Italian dressing. cook for approximately 5 minutes and blend all ingredinents together. Cook noodles as per package instruction. Then mix with chicken. Add 20 grams of cheese per serving. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
