IntroductionGerman Red Cabbage German Red Cabbage
This is a tasty recipe.
Shred cabbage. Chop Onions and Apples.
In a big pot add a small amount of oil. Add Cabbage, onion, apples.
Add 2 tbsp cinnamon
add 3 tbsp Cider vinegar and let cook until some liquid shows up from the cabbage. If not add a small amount
Add 1/3 cup brown sugar or too taste. I add a little less as I don't like it real sweet.
Cook till it is soft and all ingredients dark red.
