Ingredients

    2 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp paprika
    dash of sea salt and pepper
    1 tbsp of honey
    2 cups of carrots

Directions

serves 2 people: one chicken breast each with one cup of sliced carrots.

Place chicken breasts in oven proof dish and top with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, sea salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-25 minutes, or until cooked throughly. Serve chicken breast with cooked carrots glazed with honey.
