Ingredients

    8-9 OZ BONELESS SKINLESS SALMON
    1/3 C CORNFLAKE CRUMBS
    2 XL OR 3 LG EGGS
    SALT - TO TASTE
    PAM COOKING SPRAY

Directions

SPRAY SKILLET WITH PAM

Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Make into bun-sized patties. Should yield 8-9 patties. Cook in skillet with PAM on medium heat for 5 minutes, then flip for another 5. Patties should be firm and brown. If not, continue cooking/flipping until they are.
