WW Cabbage Soup

Introduction

Got this off Recipezaar and tweaked the recipe to my taste. Got this off Recipezaar and tweaked the recipe to my taste.
Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    32 oz low sodium veggie broth
    1 bouillon cube (I use a vegan chicken flavor)
    2-4 cups water
    2-3 cloves minced garlic
    1 (6oz) can tomato paste
    1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
    1 can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 can low sodium red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
    2 cups sliced carrots
    1/2 head large cabbage
    2 cups green beans, cut into 1" pieces
    1-2 cups red onion or yellow onion
    1 can corn
    1/4-1/2 cups spicy V8 vegetable juice
    1/2 cup red wine
    1+ tsp of oregano, basil and hot sauce
    few shakes of red pepper flake
    hot sauce (to taste)
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all into crockpot, cook on low for 4-6 hours depending how crunchy you like your veggies
