1 pound of farfalle
2 6 ounces cans of tuna
1 small jar artichoke hearts
1/2 jar of roasted red peppers
1/4 can of black olives
1/4 cup of italian salad dressing
Cut up artichoke hearts, red peppers, and black olives. Add to pasta. Drain 2 cans of tuna and add to salad. Dress with Light Italian salad dressing.
Makes 12 servings
