Sneak in the Veggies Smoothie

Introduction

I got this from Jackie Warner's book, "This is Why You Are Fat"
With this shake you get two USDA servings of fruit and two of vegetables.

With this shake you get two USDA servings of fruit and two of vegetables.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 serving Whey Protein Powder, Vanilla
    1 cup Frozen chopped spinach (the bag is best)
    1 cup Frozen Fruit
    8 ounces Water

Directions

Place ingredients in blender in order given. Blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy!

You can use any frozen fruit you prefer; I've not played with different veggies yet. With the spinach the shake will be a green color, but the taste will be primarily vanilla or the fruit.
