Flounder Dijon

Introduction

Quick & easy baked fish Quick & easy baked fish
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    16 oz (1 lb) flounder fillets (thawed or fresh)
    3 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tbsp fat free whipped salad dressing
    2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
    cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*F.
Mix mustard & salad dressing with chopped chives.
Place fish in glass baking dish and brush on dijon mixture. Spray fish with cooking spray.
Cook for about 12-15 minutes.
Carrots & brown rice make a nice side to this tasty fish.

    thanksbored of flounder. never had fish with mustard. used oil sparay, mustard, lemon juice , garlic and a drop of honey. it's marinating and smells good. looking forward. (wonder if it quaifies as a new recipe?) - 3/11/11

    I loved it. what a nice change and no need to tarter sauce. I did not have chives but i used Mrs. Dash tableblend. Plus, I had only honey mustard. YUMMM

  • I just made this and it was very good! I don't like salad dressing so I added a tablespoon of half and half instead and it worked fine. Next time I'll add a tablespoon or so of white wine too. Thanks for the idea! You saved my evening! p.s. My kids happily ate it too! - 7/28/11
