Flour, white, 2 cup Farina Cereal, 1/4 cup Salt, 2 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Water, tap, 11/3 cup
Bring large pot of water to a rolling boil, add 1tsp salt to water when boiling. Mix remaining ingredients together, adding water slowly until dough has consistency that sticks to spoon. Drop into boiling water one full teaspoon (metal spoon works best) at a time, putting spoon down in water to release dough. Dumplings are cooked when all float to the top. Drain in colander.
These are traditionally served with Roast Pork and sauerkraut or Sauerbraten.
