Mediterranean Wrap

Introduction

I had something similar at Jason's deli and thought it was divine. This is my version without the cucumbers. I had something similar at Jason's deli and thought it was divine. This is my version without the cucumbers.

Ingredients

    1 flatout Flatbread
    2 oz. Lite Turkey Breast Deli Meat
    2 tsp Purple Onion, chopped
    1/4 cup Roma tomatoes, chopped
    1 cup Mixed Baby Green Salad
    3 Calamata Olives, pitted, sliced and quartered
    1.5 TBSP Sabra Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Directions

Spread hummus on inside of wrap. Add all other ingredients and wrap. This recipe makes one serving.
