This is just a soup made from left over veggies in the fridg that I didn't want to go bad. This way i can get all my veggies in for the day with the soup. This also comes out a little like a veggie stew.I tryed this at lunch today cold and it is very good This can be eaten Hot or Cold.

*Baby carrots (3 oz ~ 17 carrots), 3 serving
Scallions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
Garlic, 3 cloves
Western Family Lentils, 2 serving

Cut all veggies up. Put in large soup pan. Rinse black beans and . Add water 4 - 16.9 or 4 - 20 oz . Cook till done. I used the instant potatoes to thicken the soup.
