Grilled Asian Chicken

Introduction

This is one of my favorite grill recipes and is always a hit! I usually make this with rice and bagged coleslaw mix dressed with a little bit of rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
    4 Teaspoons Sesame Oil
    2 Tablespoons Honey
    2 Slices Ginger Root
    2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
    4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs


Directions

Mix first five ingredients.
Marinate chicken for 30 minutes or longer.
Place on oiled grill over med-high heat for approx 6-8 min per side or until juices run clear.
