    Strawberries, fresh, half a cup
    Blueberries, fresh, 0.6 of a cup
    Peaches, fresh, 0.4 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 1.5 cups
    Ice cubes, 8 large
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 5 tsp
    Benefiber (optional)
    1 large Banana
