Strawberry Pineapple Soy Smoothie

Introduction

Healthy, nutritious breakfast treat (or anytime you need a cool refreshing treat) Healthy, nutritious breakfast treat (or anytime you need a cool refreshing treat)
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups unsweetened strawberries, frozen (unthawed)
    1.5 cups pineapple juice
    1 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
    1 cup plain soy milk
    ice (add to desired thickness)
    1 packet (2 bars) Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars-Apple Crunch

Directions

Add strawberries, pineapple juice, yogurt, soy milk, and ice to a blender and blend until smooth...Pour into 8oz cups...Then put granola bars into processor until fine (or crumble by hand)...Add 1 tbsp of granola on top of smoothie...Enjoy!!!

*Makes 6-8oz servings
