Easy Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwitch

Introduction

This is relaitve quick and easy to make. Add your your "sauce". I just happen to love sriracha hot sauce. Adjust accordingly for nutrition if you do. This is relaitve quick and easy to make. Add your your "sauce". I just happen to love sriracha hot sauce. Adjust accordingly for nutrition if you do.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Thomas English Muffin, Light Multigrain
    1 slice Kraft 2% AMerican Cheese
    1/4 cup egg subtitute
    1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce

Directions

Fork split the English Muffin and toast to your taste.

Lightly spray non-stick cooking spray on the inside of a wide Campbell's soup mug or wide coffee mug. Pour in the egg subsitute and cook up to 1 minute in microwave.

Fold corners of cheese over into the middle to make a nice small square. Center cheese on one half of the english muffin. Add your egg, and "sauce".

If you do this all at once, there's no need to re-heat to melt the cheese. Either the toasted english muffin or hot egg white will melt your cheese.
