Ingredients

    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Canola Oil Cooking Spray
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Cut up the vegetables. Spray with cooking oil; add salt & pepper to taste. Broil until flecked with brown, turning once.
