IntroductionDelicious healthy tortilla, great for lunch or dinner.
Play around with the ingredients (add tomato, mushroom, avocado); I just used what I had in my fridge! Delicious healthy tortilla, great for lunch or dinner.

1/2 Sweet Red Bell Pepper sliced
1/4 Red Spanish Onion, sliced
3-4 slices of turkey breast meat, chopped
4 tbsp Light Cream Cheese
1/2 Can Black Beans
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 spinach tortillas
Slice turkey breast, add to mixture, fry until warm through.
Add black beans, heat until warm.
Add cream cheese, stir until all melted.
Place mixture on one side of each Tortilla.
Cover with cheese, fold, and broil for 3 minutes or until desired crunchiness is reached.
Makes Three Torillas.
