1.5 lbs salmon filets
3T lemon juice
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil (I used garlic grapeseed oil)
Salt & pepper to taste
(2) Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil grate; grill salmon approx 6-8 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Makes approx. 6 servings.
