I had bought a Kirkland Spiral Sliced Ham and there was a Recipe for Split Pea and Ham Soup included. Since it did not list any nutritional Information I entered it. Ingredients

Split Peas, 2 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Filippo Berio, 4 tbsp
Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
Carrots, raw, 275 grams
Celery, raw, 236 grams
Garlic, 6 grams
Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
Kirkland Hickory Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham, 16 oz
Pepper, black, .5 tsp
NoSalt, Sodium Free Salt Alternative, 1 tsp
Directions
1. Place split peas and 2 quarts water in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat and simmer 30 min. Drain.
2. Heat Oil in 4-quart saucepan. Sauté onion, carrots, celery and garlic in oil over medium-low heat until tender - about 10 min.
3, Return the split peas to the saucepan.
4, Add ham bone, cubed ham, 2 quarts water, salt and pepper. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Remove cover and continue simmering until desired thickness. stirring occasionally.
5. Remove ham bone, cut off any remaining meat. Dice meat and return to soup before serving.
Makes 12 servings of 1 1/4 cups.
