Raspberry Lemon Muffins

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup white flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c. lemon yogurt (or vanilla)
    1/4 cup canola oil
    2 tsp lemon zest (or juice)
    1 cup raspberries

Directions

Mix together first 5 ingredients
Whist together next 3 ingredients
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until just moistened
Fold in berries
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry. Makes 12 large muffins
