Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Wheat bran
    1 cup Sunflower Seeds, ground
    .5 cup Sunflower Seeds
    1 cup ground Almonds
    1 cup Sesame Seeds, ground
    1 cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered,
    1 cup quick cooking oats
    1 cup Date Sugar
    1 cup Honey
    1 cup Carob Powder,
    .5 cup Soy Flour
    .5 cup Butter

Directions

Cook butter, honey and milk until melted. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly before adding wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients. From into walnut size balls. Store in the refrigerator or freezer. Makes alot of 1 tbsp. sized cookies.
