Ingredients

    8 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    Dehydrated onion
    Garlic Powder
    Country Crock
    Milk 2%
    Water

Directions

Potatoes into pot, cover with water, add dehydrated onion. Cook until potatoes fork tender. Add milk and country crock. Bring to boil and turn off. Season with salt and pepper to taste/diet.
