Introduction

This takes a bit of a quick hand and eye if you don't have a candy thermometer. Be careful as caramel will be hot! This takes a bit of a quick hand and eye if you don't have a candy thermometer. Be careful as caramel will be hot!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup nonfat milk (if not less...)

Directions

Pour sugar into skillet on low to medium heat. Wait until sugar begins to caramalize (it will turn brown and become sticky), and scoot sugar into center of skillet. SLOWLY and I repeat SLOWLY add milk. If you add too quickly, you can burn everything (which is gross) or make it too watery.
Caramel will finish cooking; if you don't have a candy thermometer, it should have a light brown well, caramel appearance. Remove from heat. Dip a spoon and place blobs on wax paper. Wait to cool Hurray! You now have caramel blobs!
