Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups finely diced watermelon
    1 cup of the juice that collects in the cut open melon
    (remove all seeds)
    1/2 box Silken Mori Tofu firm
    1 large peeled banana cut up
    1 frozen coconut fruit bar (non dairy)
    1/8 Silken light vanilla soy milk

Directions

Add ingredients to blender, liquid first, frozen last. Blend till smooth, makes 2.5 servings.
