Nikki's guilt free apple pie.

Introduction

This is an amazingly delicious easy apple pie recipie and suprisingly guilt free too. I've made this for my family many times and my dad can't tell it's good for him.(He's diabetic) This is an amazingly delicious easy apple pie recipie and suprisingly guilt free too. I've made this for my family many times and my dad can't tell it's good for him.(He's diabetic)
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 box of ready to bake refigerated pie crust
    3 or 4 granny smith apples
    4 Tbsp. of I can't believe its not buttter
    3 Tbsp. of Splenda brown sugar
    1Tbsp. of ground cinnamon

Directions

Heat oven as shown on pie crust instructions.
Place 1 pie crust in bottom of oven safe 9in pie pan. Poke holes in crust with a fork. Peel,core and slice apples and put in pie pan. Plop 4 Tbsp of I Can't believe it's not butter evenly on top of apples. Sprinkle a handful of splenda brown sugar over apples.( approx. 3 Tbsp. ) Sprinkle 1 Tbsp of ground cinnamon over apples. Place second pie crust on top of apples and cut 4 slices into it for venting. Cook till Pie crust is done(Approx. 35-40 min.)
makes 8 servings.

Tip: Great when served with a serving of Carb Smart vanilla ice cream.Don't forget to add the ice cream to the nutritional calculations.
