IntroductionVery filling, clean eating type of meatloaf. Very filling, clean eating type of meatloaf.
1.5 lbs. lean ground turkey (a combo of dark & white meat)
2 medium carrot, grated
1 medium yellow onion, grated or very finely chopped
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
sprig of fresh rosemary & a sprig of oregano (or 1 tsp of Italian Seasonings... fresh is better)
1/2 cup marinara sauce to put on top after it has cooked for an hour.
Remove from oven, and add pasta sauce to the top, distributing evenly, and return to oven for 10-15 more minutes.
let sit fot at least 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
