Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Onions, raw, 1 small, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    Swanson 100% Natural Chicken Broth, 99% fat free, 2 cup
    Cornstarch, 4 tbsp
    Lowes Foods Shredded Parmesan Cheese, 4 oz
    Private Selection 1% organic milk, 2 cup


Directions

Heat skillet over med-high heat and spray with cooking spray. Cook onions and garlic until soft and browned. In medium saucepan add milk, chicken broth, cornstarch, and pepper to taste. (you could add salt, but it will obviously raise the sodium for the recipe). Add onions and garlic. Cook over medium heat until smooth and thick. Stir in cheese and continue cooking until melted and very thick.
