Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1 cup non-fat milk
    1/2 cup onions
    garlic salt to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef and onions until done. Drain and rinse. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, and garlic salt. Simmer for 20 minutes. Use over whole wheat noodles or potatoes.
