Venison Stir Fry

Introduction

This is a quick and delicious meal. This is a quick and delicious meal.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Venison steak chopped - I used approximately 16 oz. of meat for four servings.
    1 cup beef broth
    3 Tbsp Olive oil
    1 Med. Green pepper sliced
    1 Med. Red pepper sliced
    1 small Onion chopped or sliced
    Soy Sauce to taste approx. 3 tbsp.
    1 capful - Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb seasoning
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Soak the meat pieces in 1/2 c. beef broth for 2 hours. In a skillet heat oil and add meat. cook 2-3 minutes. Add peppers, onion, soy sauce, seasonings, and beef broth. Cook until thoroughly cooked serve over rice or on taco shells.
