Chop Suey Casserole

Introduction

Very good, but high sodium content. Very good, but high sodium content.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 large onion, diced
    salt & pepper, to taste
    2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
    3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    1-1/4 cans of water
    1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked

Directions

Brown hamburger and onion, drain.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place in a buttered 2 qt. casserole
Bake COVERED at 350 for 1 hour
Top with Chow Mein noodles and cook UNCOVERED for 30 minutes.
