1pd chicken breast
16 baby carrots
2C frozen broccoli
1/2 medium onion
1 clove garlic
2T soy sauce
1T cooking sherry
a few drops stevia sweetner or any type sweetner
put veggies in pan w/ chicken broth till they get tender then drain remaining liquid.
heat pan w/ 2 - 3 T oil, put chicken in oil, cook till done, add to veggies.

Yum! very tasty and easy - and QUICK :-) Like the fact that noodles or rice are not automatically included - don't always want them so can add a quantity of either when I want without doing the calculations to subtract them. Did add toasted cashews which upped the calories a bit but were delicious - 8/6/10
