Ingredients

    Ahi Tuna Steak, 8 oz
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup florets
    Snap peas, 1.25 cups
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, corse chopped
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup florets
Baby Bella Mushroom (Dole), 1 serving
Celery, raw, 2 stalk, small (5" long)
    Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
Rozoni Smart Taste Angle Hair, 1 serving
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (or to your preference)
Ginger, ground, 0.5 tbsp (or to your preference)
Iron Chef Orange Sauce Glaze with Ginger, 2 tbsp
San-J Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade, 0.5 tbsp
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (or more to your preference)
    olive oil, 0.5 tbsp

Directions

I pan sear the tuna over medium heat in a pan sprayed with cooking spray until thoroughly cooked. Set aside. In another pan I add the olive oil & cook all veggies over medium heat. I boil the noodles while stir frying the veggies. Drain the noodles. Set aside. I cut up the tuna into desired size pieces & add the tuna, noodles, sauces, & spices to the pan with the veggies. Then serve. Makes two huge yet low calorie servings with loads of veggies.

This is my first recipe I have posted so hopefully it makes sense. Thanks.
